Driven Golf Awards Students

Our Cinema & New Media Arts students recently participated in an exclusive competition in partnership with Houston-based Driven Golf. Invited to a special Driven Golf event, our students captured hours of compelling footage and transformed this content into high-quality promotional videos for the company.

In return, Driven is awarding our students nearly a $1,000 of prizes for the three best videos. Driven COO Mike Lu and former NFL star Patrick Carter came to HBU to present the student awards, which included cash prizes and a full set of Driven Golf clubs. We’re very proud of Mason Franco (1st prize), Joshua McCrary (2nd prize), and Jeffrey Hitri (3rd prize), as well as all of the other students who participated in the competition, for their stellar work.
